1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because we serve a wide range of locations, delivery times vary based on your proximity to our distribution hubs.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 25 business days.

  • Metropolitan Areas: Typically 5–10 business days.

  • Remote or Regional Areas: May take up to 25 business days.

Note: These timelines are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, external factors like weather, postal strikes, or logistical delays may occasionally impact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will usually be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages & Issues

Kurve is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the package was handled incorrectly by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at prerna@protonlabs.net so we can assist you in filing a claim
